Designed for students of all experience levels, this program provides the perfect balance of technical development, physical conditioning, and skill progression. With two weeks of consistent training, you'll have more time to build confidence, improve your technique, and experience the authentic lifestyle of a traditional Muay Thai gym.

Training takes place twice a day, allowing you to steadily develop your skills through a variety of structured sessions, including:

• Muay Thai pad work with experienced trainers

• Heavy bag training

• Technical combinations and partner drills

• Footwork, balance, and defensive techniques

• Cardio, endurance, and strength conditioning

• Clinch training and advanced techniques based on your experience level

Our trainers work closely with every student, providing individual coaching and practical feedback throughout each session to help you improve safely and efficiently.
