Hit Ao Nang Beach for sunset training that’s all about games, energy,
and meeting new people. Sweat it out on the sand, then dive straight
into the sea to cool down.

Twice a month on Thursdays, 5PM

Ice Bath

Take a cold plunge to give your muscles the recovery they deserve, boost
your energy, and leave the week behind. It’s the perfect reset.

Every Friday after Intermediate Class (from 6.30PM)

family bbq

Gather with your fellow nak muays for a Thai-style family barbecue.
Share good food and great company - plus you might even catch some ONE
Championship action on screen.
